Supervision

Supervision is an integral part of counselling. It is a process where counsellors can explore their own feelings and thoughts about what they and their clients are doing. It is an essential professional requirement, and is a safeguard for clients, counsellors and the counselling profession.

I have been a supervisor since 1993 and undertook supervision training in 1998.

My supervision is basically person centred but will also contain cognitive elements.

I offer individual supervision to counsellors whose approach is broadly in line with my own.

Supervision fees

My supervision fees are £40 per hour.

I operate a reduced fee of £20 per hour for students.
